Community Arts Updates
Dear MACK Community,
If you have an arts-related program or partnership opportunity to share with our MACK community, please submit your program flyer (one page) by the 1st of each month.
Please email McCormickArts@gmail.com with a high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPEG. We will make every effort to include submissions in our Community Arts section whenever possible.

Contra Dance Event – Thank you to all for attending!
On February 6th, 40+ community members participated in an introduction to Contra Dance. Contra is a simple form of folk dancing, danced to called moves with pairs of people dancing up and down long lines of dancers.
We had a lovely evening dancing to the music provided by the Apple Valley String Band from Monroe, GA and called by Jennie Wakefield from Greenville, SC. We danced just down the road on the beautiful wood floor of the Mim’s Community Center in Willington.
It was so lovely to hear all the participants laughing and having a good time learning the moves together.
